This week we have lots of excitement in our room because we have "Hour of Code" every day. Computer science is a curriculum piece that often gets left out. However, our school is participating in this awesome week where we have an HOUR of computer coding and programming every day. We started yesterday and learned how Minecraft, the game, is coded. We will continue today.
The students are able to log-in to http://studio.code.org/sections/OENGIQ and click on their picture to work on the coding at home. They were all really excited about it, so your support at home would be amazing, as always!

FSA Testing Dates
PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE UPDATED TESTING DATES FOR THE FSA. I HAVE HIGHLIGHTED THE DATES OF OUR TESTS. AS IT GETS CLOSER, I WILL LET YOU KNOW SPECIFICALLY WHICH DAYS WE WILL BE TESTING.
